Motorist refused to take a breath test
A man from Sturton by Stow has been banned from driving for 42 months after he failed to provide a specimen of breath for analysis without reasonable excuse after being suspected of driving a vehicle.
Adam Chapman, 30, of Swan Drive, Sturton by Stow, was also fined £295, £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
