Gainsborough: Woman sentenced for benefit fraud
A Gainsborough woman has admitted benefit fraud. Nikki Louise Toyne, 34, of Melrose Road, appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court.
She did not tell the DWP that she was living with a husband, and failed to tell West Lindsey District Council of her change in circumstances.
The sentence was 80 hours unpaid work and to pay £100 court costs.
