Daniel Perry, 33, of Clinton Terrace, Gainsborough. Assaulted a woman. Threatening behaviour, destroyed a phone, breached an existing order. Community order made;

THEFT

Stephen Boucher, 62, of Saxilby Road, Sturton by Stow. Stole a quantity of plants to a value of £22.35 belonging to Countdown Discount Stores. Fined £80, compensation of £22.35, victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

B REACH

Reece Webb, 21, of Holme Walk, Gainsborough. Breached a restraining order, damaged a police cell to a value unknown, damaged a television, coffee table and door to the value of £600. Committed to 18 weeks in a young offenders’ institution.
