£6,000 and antique pocket watch stolen from home in Corringham

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward after £6,000 in cash was stolen from a home in Corringham.

The burglary happened during the afternoon of Wednesday, September 28 at a property on Middle Street.

The offenders forced entry and also stole rings and an antique pocket watch.

The incident is believed to have taken place between 1.45pm and 3.10pm.
