Multi-talented British singer-songwriter and guitarist Richard Thompson, best known for his time as a member of Fairport Covention, is at Nottingham Royal Concert Hall on Saturday, September 12 as part of his Electric Trio Tour.
This latest UK tour is in support of his latest album, Still, which was produced by Jeff Tweedy from Wilco.
Thompson’s unparalleled career now spans five decades, starting off from his formative years as lead guitarist and budding songwriter in seminal folk-rock alchemists Fairport Convention, to his acclaimed solo work.
His Nottingham gig starts at 7.30pm.
