Get up close and personal with prog-rock star Neal Morse in Sheffield

After an successful world tour in 2017 supporting The Neal Morse Band’s latest album The Similitude of a Dream, Neal is embarking on an up close and personal solo acoustic tour spotlighting some of the music behind his new singer-songwriter album, Life and Time.

The American singer, multi-instrumentalist, bandleader and progressive rock composer, founder of US prog-rockers Spock’s Beard, says: “I’ve come through a lot of difficult times and I’m in a fairly content place now.

“You can feel that on some of the songs.”

A spokesman said: “Neal’s songs and stories reach beyond the borders of a successful progressive rock career, and will give the audience a special opportunity to really get to know the personal side of an artist who has been trotting around the globe for years as a member of multiple award-winning and chart-topping bands, including Transatlantic and Flying Colors.”
