Gainsborough’s Trinity Arts Centre has announced a great new season of entertainment - and you could win tickets to every movie in the next three months.
Oscar winners, Blockbusters and critics’ choices are all set to be screened at Trinity Arts Centre between April and June, and we have a pair of season tickets to be won to see them all.Movie-lovers are in for a treat, as the centre recently invested in a brand new, state-of-the-art digital projection system.
“Showing films in this format will be a massive improvement for Trinity and it’s really all down to you - our loyal customers,” said Trinity Arts Centre’s area development officer Karen Whitfield. “Your continued support has enabled us to secure this investment and this will really make sure that our film programme can go from strength to strength.”
The first movie of the new season will be the Oscar-winning Lincoln, starring Daniel Day-Lewis, on Friday 19th April - the story of a nation ravaged by the brutal US Civil War of the 1860s and President Lincoln’s efforts to end slavery.
Then, on Wednesday 1st May they’ll be showing the dark and dangerous Django Unchained - the latest blockbuster classic from Quentin Tarantino. On Saturday 4th May you can see the heart-warming Song For Marion starring Vanessa Redgrave and Terence Stamp, before Hitchcock on Friday 10th May starring Anthony Hopkins and the kid’s favourite Wreck It Ralph on Saturday 11th May.
Other films announced include Dambusters, Zero Dark Thirty, A Good Day to Die Hard, Cloud Atlas, Oblivion, The Great Gatsby and more.
