FANTASTIC films are being shown over at Gainsborough’s Trinity Arts Centre in the coming week and cinema-buffs are in for a real treat.
Gulliver’s Travels stars Jack Black, Emily Blunt and Billy Connelly and is running as part of Trinity Arts’ Films 4 Families programme. It will be screened on Saturday 30th April and 12pm. Tickets are £3.
Kazuo Ishiguro’s thoughtful sci-fi novel is the source of the haunting tale Never Let Me Go, starring Kiera Knightley, about three friends who grow up to share the joys and sorrows of love but must also deal with a terrible fate. It will be screened on Saturday 20th April at 7.30pm. Tickets are £4.50.
Submarine is a hilarious yet very humane comedy about a 15-year-old boy who is desparate to lose his virginity and stop his mum leaving his dad for a dance teacher. It shows on Wednesday 4th May at 7.30pm. Tickets are £4.50.
