The first ever Big Leadenham Comedy Night takes place next month.

Being held at The George Hotel, the night will feature five highly-rated comedians from the current UK circuit.

And the line-up has now been confirmed as Steve Gooding, Nick Clark, William Collishaw, Marshal B Anderson and Paul Mutagejja.

Steve Goodall is described as likable, very confident and very funny.

On and off the stage he is a funny man with a sharp mind for comic line.

His inventive storytelling is garnished with memorable imagery, delivered with a tone of self-deprecation.

Nick Clark was a finalist in the English Comedian of the Year competition last year and won the 2014 Spoof Comedy Clubs Best Act Award in 2014.

William Collishaw is big, bold and mildly apathetic at today’s society and is the man to make tales of asbos funny.

Marshal B Anderson presents a quick-fire, satire-infused set with bite and bile and some lovely twists on some classic musical numbers.

Finally, Paul Mutagejja is a warm comic who is unique in his style of comedy.

Full on infectious onstage energy, he radiates charisma

Described as ‘tall, good looking and with the eyes of a baby deer’ he is the thinking man’s Bob Monkhouse - but more alive and darker.

A great compere and host for an evening.

The show is on October 14 at 7.30pm and tickets are £10 in advance or £11 on the door (supper included in ticket price).

Tickets and information are available now from Graham McLusky on 07831 569993 or opnline at
