Gainsborough Trinity are hoping their new chairman can lead them to the Conference Premier with the club’s new three year plan.

The Blues have published their hopes and plans for the next three years, entitled ‘In It Together.’

And new chairman Richard Kane, who has taken over the reigns from Nick Tinker, has highlighted financially stability as paramount to the club’s future.

“Over the next three-year period, In It Together will lay the foundation for our Club to work as a collective,” he said.

“It will inspire us to recognise we are in control of our destiny, that we are a team in pursuit of onecommon cause: the overall sustainability, growth and success of Gainsborough Trinity FootballClub.”

“Our vision is to strive to be the Destination Club, where the very best people aspire to join our pursuit of excellence, unity and success.”

“Our aim is to make Gainsborough Trinity FC a financially sustainable community-focused footballclub playing at the highest level possible in the English pyramid.”

The club have made their ‘manifesto’ available online through their website.

Gainsborough Trinity are in action on New Year’s Day at ‘local’ rivals North Ferriby United, before they play host to Brackley Town on Sunday at the Martin and Co Arena.
