Chelsea are considering whether or not to accept an offer of £65 million from Barcelona for Brazilian midfielder Willian, according to today’s football transfer grapevine.

The rumour mill also suggests that Chelsea are still interested in Manchester United’s Anthony Martial, while Aston Villa playmaker Jack Grealish says he is keen to join Tottenham.
