Gainsborough Trinity have been handed a difficult away trip in the FA Cup fourth round qualifying.

The Blues will take on Wrexham, currently 10th in the National League - the division above Gainsborough.

Victory on 24th October will put Steve Housham’s men in the first round proper of the competition.

Club coffers were swelled by £7,500 thanks to Saturday’s 4-3 victory at Droylsden.

And a win in the fourth round qualifying tie will earn the Blues a whopping £12,500.

The last time Gainsborough met Wrexham was in a two-legged FA Trophy semi-final, in which the Blues were beaten 4-3 on aggregate.
