SUCCESS was celebrated by pupils at Whites Wood Lane Primary School as students were presented with certificates at a special Pyramid Club assembly.
The National Pyramid Trust helps schools to run therapeutic activity classes that are specially designed for children who are quiet, anxious, withdrawn or finding it difficult to make friends.
“The Pyramid Club is run by volunteers for ten weeks,” said teaching assistant Lisa Mitchell.
“It’s basically designed to build the children’s self-esteem and they’ve really been enjoying it.”
She added: “The kids have had a lot of fun and we’re really proud of what they have achieved.”
