The Palace Theatre Newark has got into the festive spirit by launching its 2013 pantomime, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

The production stars Bernie Clifton and Nicki French, who were at the launch, alongside Snow White Victoria Scott and Prince Valiant Keith Gilmore.

They were joined by the children from Tozer Dance Studio, who will be playing the dwarfs.

Theatre manager Carys Coulton-Jones, said: “Whatever the time of year, we always get excited by pantomime – it’s our busiest period and we know it’s a real Christmas highlight for Newark.”

“The pantomime launch has really got us into the spirit and we’re looking forward to welcoming back the cast when they arrive for rehearsals at the end of November.”

“I have no doubt that Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs will continue the Palace’s tradition of excellent family entertainment at Christmas.”

Ticket prices have been frozen at 2012 levels so tickets start at just £15. An early bird offer runs until the end of September, taking £1 off every standard and premium price ticket.

Snow White is on at the Palace Theatre in Newark from 5th to 31st December. Tickets are available from the box office on 01636 655 755 or at
