Normanby-by-Spital Primary school has signed up to watch the St John Ambulance Big First Aid Lesson Live.
Pupils will be learning valuable first aid skills during a live internet broadcast on June 17.
Hosted by TV medic, Dr Ranj, the free, interactive hour-long programme will be filmed in front of a live audience of students and streamed directly to schools like Normanby-by-Spital Primary via the internet.
Headteacher, Emma Negus-Hill, said: ‘It is imperative that our children learn the essential skills to ensure they remain safe and have the ability to protect and help others in the event of an emergency.
“The Big First Aid lesson will look at topics that any of our children could face at any time, at home or at school.
“We want to help them to be prepared.”
