An investigation is underway after a teenage boy was sexually assaulted in woodland near the West Lindsey village of Brattleby.

At around 4pm on Sunday, September 6 a 15-year-old boy was in woodland about 1.5 miles outside of the village when he was sexually assaulted by two men.

One of the offenders is described as a white man, believed to be aged around 70, about 5ft 11in in height, clean shaven, and with short white hair in a side parting. He was wearing a silver fleece/jumper, blue jeans, a brown belt and brown shoes. He is thought to have left the area in a silver Ford Focus.

The second man is described as white, approximately 60-years-old, with short brown greying hair that was brushed forward, around 6ft tall.

He was wearing a black jumper/fleece, black jeans and white trainers. He was travelling in a separate car that is believed to have been a black small car.

Anyone who may have seen either of the men or either of the vehicles in the area at the time, or anyone who may have any information they believe is relevant to the enquiry, is asked to contact Lincolnshire Police on 101 quoting incident 284 of 06/09/2015.
