Live music has become a feature of the Misterton Gala and this is an ideal opportunity to get experience of playing live to an appreciative audience!
Another popular murder mystery evening is planned when guests will see what dirty deeds have been committed in West Stockwith! It’s on Friday 28th February at 7pm in the Gertrude Morris Hall, West Stockwith. Tickets are £7 and include a pie and peas supper. Bring your own drinks, alcoholic or otherwise! Learn new skills
Two new workshops start in Misterton this month: Mixed Crafts and Improving Your English or Maths. The Mixed Crafts group starts on Thursday 30th January and runs for seven weeks. It is held in the Church Room, Church Lane, Misterton. It will cover a range of creative techniques, including papercraft and patchwork. The cost is £49 (£3.50/hour) or free to those on means-tested benefits and their unwaged dependents. For details call Julie on 01777 706132.
