Taking a step in the right direction when it came to fundraising were a group of Isle dancers.
Five former members of the Joanne Daniels Dance Academy reunited to take part in a ‘Tapathon’ for Children in Need.
Spokesman Becci Jones said: “We were trying to break the record, along with thousands of others in the country, for the record for the largest tap dance in multiple venues by dancing at the same time to Uptown Funk. The dance was performed twice through and was very energetic.
“We don’t know just yet whether we have broken the record as everyone has to send in their pictures and names of those who took part.”
The Isle team, which raised over £300, is Joanne Daniels, Becci Jones, Mary Wilson, Louise Bloomfield and Hilary Nithsdale.
