A Gainsborough family have been left devastated after their house was ransacked and all their Christmas presents were stolen.
Single mother of four, Nicola Kelly, 31, was shocked and disgusted when she returned to her home in Marlborough Street, Gainsborough, to find the house all her belongings, including her children’s Christmas presents had been stolen.
Nicola said: “They have taken everything and they have trashed everything.
They ripped photos and the children’s birth certificates and they went through their memory boxes and destroyed memories.
“I’m absolutely disgusted by it.
“Our friends and family have been really supportive.
“I’ve had to move in with my mother.
“It has really effected my children, they won’t even go down the street.
“They completely trashed the house and ruined anything they haven’t taken.
“One of my friends has set up a GoFund page and people have already donated around £215.”

Nicola added: “I have lived in the house for two years.
“The house is so secluded, we don’t have a next door or a next door but one neighbour so no one heard anything.”
Nicola said Lincs Police and forensics had been round to the house and carried out their investigations.
A Lincs Police spokesman said: “The investigation into a burglary at a house on Marlborough Street is ongoing and we continue to appeal for witnesses who may have seen or heard anything in the area.
“This is a timely opportunity to remind people about home security and keeping valuables out of sight, especially at this time of year when any type of burglary could be heart-breaking.
“Please make sure all your windows and doors are locked, use burglar alarms where possible, and please don’t leave any precious or high-value items within easy sight from outside the property.
