The following people have recently appeared before the courts.
Michael Glander, 49, of Wilson Street, Lincoln. In a public place was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for one year. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, £85 court costs and a victim surcharge of £15.
Shane Ullyatt, 24, of Temer Road, Sleaford. Used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour. Community order made with curfew requirement.
Ryan Dodds, 22, of Pennell Street, Lincoln. Stole Red Herring polo shirts, to the value of £96, belonging to Debenhams. Committed to prison for 12 weeks. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150 and a victim surcharge of £80.
Nicholas Taylor, 31, of Macaulay Drive, Lincoln. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order, namely sessions of unpaid work. Fined £50. New community order made by magistrates with original unpaid work requirements to continue.
James Hosiedlo, 30, of Ripon Street, Lincoln. Assaulted a man by beating him. Community order made with supervision requirement. Also ordered to pay £180 in court costs, a £60 victim surcharge and £100 in compensation.
Tautvydas Simokaitis, 22, of Wood Farm Road, Lincoln. Drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath exceeded the prescribed the limit. Banned from driving for three years. Fined £180. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, £80 court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
Graham Scott, 26, of Bernard Street, Lincoln. Speeding. Driving record endorsed with three points. Also fined £65 and ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge.
