Driver banned for a year after being over the limit
A woman from Newton on Trent has been banned from driving for 12 months after she was caught driving under the influence of alcohol.
Shelagh Frank, 64, of High Street, Newton on Trent, had 85 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
As well as being disqualified she was also fined £80, £30 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
