Drink driver is given a 12 month ban
A man from Scotter was caught driving under the influence of alcohol and without an insurance policy.
Thomas Conlon, 26, of Elizabeth Close, Scotter, had 40 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
Conlon has been fined £120, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
