Appeal after thefts and shed break-ins

Police are urging people to be vigilant after a spate of attempted thefts and break-ins.

Overnight of Tuesday 28th May diesel was stolen from Cow Lane in Upton. On the same night in Stow there was an attempted break in off Ingham Road and a garden shed broken into on South Drive.

Officers believe offenders may be using the footpath at the rear of south Drive to access properties.

There has also been a recent spate of crime at Laughterton Golf Club.

Anyone who sees anything suspicious in any of theses areas should contact the police by calling 101.

Officers have asked people to provide as much detail as possible including car registrations, descriptions of people, dates and times.
