Fancy a “Wizard” night out? Then it’s time for your business to follow the yellow brick road to the 2015 Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards which launched this week.
The Business Awards are now in their 14th year and the Dinner and Gala Presentation Evening will feature a Wizard of Oz theme for 2015. Open to all businesses in North and North East Lincolnshire, new or well-established, large or small – all are welcome to enter.
Don’t be a Cowardly Lion – have a heart and put your company in the frame for a prestigious award this year and see if you can find your very own pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
The Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards are organised by the Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Grimsby & Scunthorpe Media Group. As well as general categories, applications for awards are also invited in International Trade, Innovation, Training, Excellence in the Community, Business Growth and Business Person of the Year.
Entries can be made online at www.nlincsba.co.uk and the deadline is Friday, March 2. Companies can apply for as many categories as they wish, assuming they meet the relevant criteria.
The three final nominees in each category will be filmed by Juice Media and those films shown at the Awards Dinner and Presentation evening. Great PR and profiling for your company.
And don’t worry – you won’t have to travel to Kansas – for 2015, the Northern Lincolnshire Business Awards will be making a welcome return to The Baths Hall, in Scunthorpe’s Doncaster Road, where they will be filmed by Estuary TV and shown on their TV channel.
Just like the Scarecrow, you don’t need much of a brain to book your tickets for what promises to be another superb extravaganza. The Tin Man may also make a guest appearance and oiling the joints of the evening will be local and professional entertainers. Our very own ‘Glenda’, Helen Fospero of The One Show will host.
