Organisers of the 2015 Epworth Tractor Run reported that double the amount of vehicles took part this year, 84 in total.
Proceeds from the day, which have still to be finalised, are being donated to Lindsey Lodge Hospice. Many spectators turned out to watch the event all along the route. Spokesman Antony Catherall said: “Several more helpers were in attendance this year and must be thanked for their valued help and assistance in making the event so succesful. Peter Smith and his staff at the White Hart public house in Owston Ferry did a magnificent job of providing over 100 lunchesfor the helpers and staff, a wonderful and grateful effort. The weather was kind in the main with only a small shower prior to the event. All the entrants spoke well of the run, the excellent organisation including the grand raffle together with their enjoyment of the interesting scenic route.” Shown here are pictures from the run.
