MALTBY Leisure Centre has scooped a top award for is customer service.
The centre has been recognised for its high standard of its customer service in a survey of leisure centre, carried out by the National Benchmarking Service (NBS) on behalf of Sport England.
Maltby Leisure Centre was identified as one of the top performers for 2011 for their high standards of customer service, and picked up an award for customer satisfaction and performance.
The award was presented to centre manager Andy Kiddy by sports personality and Olympic gold medal athlete Darren Campbell.
Andy said: “The NBS Survey results enable us to gain in depth feedback from our customers which in turn helps us to improve our service.”
“I am incredibly proud of the centre’s scores which reflect the hard work and dedication from the team that goes into making this a great community leisure facility.”
The NBS for sports and leisure centres measures the performance of centres across an array of different dimensions.
