The Blacksmith Arms at Everton is a genuine 17th century free house at the heart of the village.
Dave and Mandy, from The Ship at Bawtry, added the pub to their business in September 2010 and they intend to return it to its former glory as the hub of the village offering good ale, fine wine and a food offer to be envied in the area.
In the bar you can enjoy real ale, fine wines, spirits, ciders and lagers, coffee and tea, a conversation or a snack from the bar menu. Explore a little further and you will discover the Conservatory restaurant and lounge where you can sit in comfort and enjoy a meal from the ever changing seasonal menus. All the food is cooked on the premises with ingredients being sourced from local suppliers.
The Blacksmiths Arms also offers a games room with darts, pool, dominoes and television.
Special occasion? why not stay the night? Bed and breakfast is available in the court yard rooms at very competitive rates.
Dave and Mandy aim to offer the best quality and value for money in everything they do and their motto of being a friendly pub where quality and service come as standard is passed on to their staff so they can provide the same service to you in their absence.
Children are welcome and a children’s menu is available from the bar.
They can cater for weddings, funerals and special occasions and they will tailor menus to suit your requirements.
To celebrate their first anniversary at the pub, Dave and Mandy will be holding a beer festival from Friday 2nd to Sunday 4th September.
Among the attractions will be a hog roast on the Friday and a barbecue and live music on the Saturday.
There will also be 12 beers on offer.
