Thursday, March 31, Elizabeth Harrison, from Lancashire. Elizabeth is quite a character because not only does she help out on her dad’s farm, she has obtained a licence to drive coaches and large articulated lorries, in addition to running a cleaning service.
Unable to read music, she plays everything from memory, but it works because she travels the country performing in concert and playing for dancing. She has played for the society on several occasions.
Takes place at The Weston Rooms, Hickman Street, Gainsborough, 7.30pm with payment on the door. In an attempt to introduce new members to what is a lovely night out, in pleasant surroundings with good company, with music to suit all tastes presented by top artists with the very latest state of the art equipment, you can bring a friend free of charge.
