SOME of the hottest acts on the circuit are coming to the county to play Lincoln’s Engine Shed - and tickets are on sale now.

A variety of top acts are heading this way from the world of music, comedy and theatre.

For all you music lovers, indie popsters The Wombats are to kick off the new season on Monday 3rd October with hits like Leaving For New York and Let’s Dance To Joy Division as well as cuts from new album ‘This Modern Glitch’ .

Then the chart-bothering indie-rock powerhouse that is Noah and the Whale play the Engine Shed on Friday 21st October.

It gets a lot louder in November when emo-rockers The Blackout play on Tuesday 1st before a touch of tropical brightens up the winter with Friendly Fires on Tuesday 22nd November and pop princess Imelda May on Saturday 26th November.

For those of you who love to laugh, the critically-acclaimed cheeky chap Jack Whitehall will be making an appearance on Monday 10th October before Mock The Week star Andy Parsons performs on Monday 21st November and Russell Kane appears on Wednesday 14th December.
