The James Taylor Quartet are live in concert at Lincoln Drill Hall this weekend.

James Taylor has been hailed as one of the great British instrumentalists of his generation.

The band takes inspiration from the rare-groove style funk of the 60’s and 70’s.

The result has made them one of the most important British jazz-pop crossover acts of the last 25 years.

Their famous signature tune, The Theme from Starsky and Hutch, cemented the band’s reputation as masters of the jazz-funk R&B workout, ranging from 1960s spy themes to psychedelic and free-form jazz

The band are at the Drill Hall on Sunday, May 8 at 8pm.

Tickets are £16, $14, £9 and £8 on 01522 873894 or online at www.lincolndrillhall.com
