Former Babyshamblles man Adam Ficek has a live date at the Engine Shed in Lincoln this week

Adam Ficek (formerly known as Roses Kings Castles) as a solo artist was first conceived in 2007 and was originally intended as an underground platform to air the songs that were too ‘odd pop’ for Babyshambles.

His initial eponymously-titled album was released in 2008 to critical acclaim.

This was quickly followed by an EP, and a further two more albums, Suburban Timebomb and British Plastic.

Following his exit from Babyshambles, he’s returning to his solo acoustic roots.

Support comes from Nick Wilson and Madeleine Fox and the gig is on Friday, March 4 at 7pm.

Tickets are £8 on 0844 8888766 or online at www.engineshed.co.uk
