CAPED crusader Batman is coming to Gainsborough as the Trinity Arts Centre is set to screen the latest instalment in the franchise - The Dark Knight Rises.

Christopher Nolan’s eagerly anticipated conclusion to his groundbreaking Batman trilogy is finally with us.

The story picks up eight years after The Dark Knight, which left Batman (Christian Bale) with a tarnished reputation after he took the rap for Dent’s crimes. But the threat posed to Gotham City by a new terrorist leader tempts him out from of the shadows once again. Expect a dark, complex storyline, exhilarating action set pieces and a scene stealing turn from Anne Hathaway as Cat Woman.

The Dark Knight Rises will be shown at Trinity Arts Centre on Friday 21st September at 7.30pm. Tickets are £4 - £5 and are available by calling 01427 676655
