A BRAND new fitness training group has launched in Gainsborough - and we’re offering YOU the chance to WIN a month’s worth of ‘body transformation’ exercise calsses worth £99.

Are you fed up with feeling fed up? Do you need to see results quickly so you stay motivated and focused? Have you have tried diets and quick fixes before but always pile the lost weight back on?

Then you’re in luck - Isle Lose It Fitness Camps Ltd have just launched at Roses Sports Ground in Gainsborough.

If you are not quite ready to make a long term commitment but would be happy to commit for 28 days to get guaranteed results then this is the fitness programme for you.

Owner Sue Taylor said: “Camp is a process - it is a system.”

“We provide a tried and tested nutrition plan based on ‘clean eating’. By this I mean we encourage campers to stay away from toxic foods like processed food, alcohol, wheat and gluten.”

“We replace the toxic foods with foods and drinks that are in their most natural state, therefore free from the toxins that make us ill and fat.”

She continued: “We couple that with exercise sessions specifically designed for maximum fat loss. The sessions are short and sweet - out of a 45 minute session you will only work out for approximately 25 minutes. The rest is warm up, cool down and stretch.”

She added: “The sessions are progressive too, which means we as the four weeks go on, the sessions become more challenging.”

“We encourage everyone there to work as hard as they can, but it is not a competition and you work at your own pace. We don’t for example tell you that you have to do say 20 press ups, instead, we will give you a set time period, for example 20 seconds and ask you to do as many press ups as you can in 20 seconds. This means that everyone can work at their own level and no one gets left behind.”

Sue went on: “You will be surprised how much more you will be able to do in weeks three and four than you could do in weeks one and two too. It never ceases to amaze me!”

Isle Lose It run fitness classes at Roses Sports Ground on North Warren Road on Gainsborough on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6.15am - 7.00am. To book or for more information you can call 01427 874088 or visit www.isleloseit.com. You can also email Sue at info@isleloseit.com
