Eight finish in the top 10

WALESBY Forest proved to be a successful event for Bassetlaw’s orienteers last Sunday.

With almost 300 competitors attending from all over the Midlands the event was popular and competitive.

All of the courses were fast and involved many control points.

Bassetlaw’s results were very promising with eight members finishing in the top 10 of their race.

Special mention to Alice Carley, Sue Evans and Amy Evans for doing so well in their first real competition.
