Medals for junior runners

BASSETLAW’S junior orienteers enjoyed a successful event at Walesby Forest before Christmas, with three medals awarded to the top three runners in all events.

RESULTS

White: 1st Tom Cooley, 1st Alice Carley.

Yellow: 1st Stefan Taylor, 1st Amelia Biddulph; 2nd Ryan Wright, 2nd Jodie Wright; 3rd Emma Wright.

Orange: 1st Huw Brown; 2nd George Carley; 3rd Fraser Ridgway.

Light Green: 1st Alexander Ridgway; 2nd Cameron Ridgway.

Blue; 1st Will Parkinson.

Brown; 1st Ben Beresford.

The next local orienteering event is on Sunday 6th January, at Vicar Water, Clipston, near Mansfield.
