Hibaldstow in Cup tie

BISHOP NORTON SHORTMAT

IN the Cup system, Hibaldstow played at home against Middle Rasen Drax, and won 37-33, earning a quarter-final tie at home to Bishop Norton Yellow.

In the Southern Division Bishop Norton Green met Ingham at home and had a good 8-2 win, the Yellow team were at home against Middle Rasen Drax and won 8-2.

In the Northern Division Hibaldstow won 10-0 at home against Bottesford Brown.

The two Bottesford teams met each other and the Green team pulled off a 7-3 win, but the result could have gone more in Brown’s favour as they won only won one game with the score 18-5, and the Green’s got the aggregate by only one shot.

Barnetby Blue lost 8-2 at home against Elsham and next met South Kelsey Red away, both sides won two games, but Barnetby Blue won 6-4.

Waddingham Red were at home to Barnetby Red, both sides won equal games, but Barnetby Red won one game easily and gained the aggregate points easily to win 6-4.

Waddingham Red beat Perry’s Gold 7-3 after a tough fight.
