DINNINGTON Rugby Club’s relegation threatened first team visit York tomorrow, in a vital Yorkshire Division One clash.
The seniors had no game last weekend, and are still awaiting the league’s ruling on their defeat by Bridlington on 14th January – during which the seasiders contravened the laws with their inability to replace a front row forward late in the fixture.
Dinnington find themselves bottom of the league table, a point behind Castleford who have played a game less.
Tomorrow’s hosts are in a comfortable midtable position.
l DINNINGTON Under 15s have reached the semi-final of the Yorkshire Cup thanks toa 39-0 mauling of Bridlington.
