GAINSBOROUGH Trinity’s woes continued today with a 3-1 defeat on the Northolme, in front of a crowd of 320.
Ryan Kendall gave Brian Little’s men the lead after just six minutes, but Luke Waterfall saw red for the hosts and Harrogate Town’s Graeme Armstrong equalised from the penalty spot.
Second half goals from Wayne Phillips and Gary King were enough to consign the Blues to another disappointing defeat.
Trinity now reside in the bottom three in the Blue Square Bet North table, albeit six points clear of Stafford Rangers and 11 ahead of rock bottom Redditch United.
