Skipper van den Heuvel lost the toss and Kiveton elected to bat with opening batsmen Ward and Hadley soon into their stride as Andrews and Hearn failed to get the early breakthrough.
The score had reached 75 in the 16th over before Hadley chi
pped Hearn to cover where Blood took the catch.
Kiveton captain Cartwright joined Ward and the pair added 27 before the introduction of Ahmed saw the captain caught well by Hearn at slip.
With Gary Andrews also entering the attack, the spin twins started to put a squeeze on the batsmen with very few loose deliveries and only quick singles on offer.
This led to Ward trying to accelerate and being caught in the deep off Andrews.
Grainger and Dutton added a patient 45 until a rush of blood from the former saw him easily stumped by Alderson again off Andrews to leave Kiveton 154-4 with 11 overs left.
The spinners then came into their own as six wickets fell for 56, Andrews finishing with 4-52 and Ahmed 4-50 as Kiveton were bowled out in the last over for 210.
The Marshalls reply began well with the captain and Tom Brooks batting sensibly before Brooks played on for 16 with the score on 69.
Whitlam joined his captain and the pair added 64 before Whitlam was adjudged lbw for 31.
Tom Lane came in and the partnership added 29 before Lane was caught behind for 17 leaving Marshalls needing 49 from 12 overs.
The in-form Deacon joined his captain and some big hitting saw them pass the required total with van den Heuvel finishing on 91 not out and Deacon unbeaten on 22 to give Marshalls a fairly convincing seven-wicket victory with five overs to spare.
Thanks to scorer John Connor and match ball sponsor McKenzies.

Everton v Lea Park
ON Saturday Lea Park travelled to local rivals and league leaders Everton and after winning the toss decided to bat.
Openers Elton Moulds and Chris Needham quickly imposed themselves on Everton's bowling and the pair put on a solid base of 91 runs before Needham fell for 41.
Ian Elliott joined Moulds and the pair added 30 runs before Moulds fell for a fine 64.
Andy Dewick wasted no time in getting off the mark and the partnership with Elliott was going well until a mix-up resulted in Elliott being run out for 35.
Unfortunately this marked the start of a Lea Park collapse and only Lee Mardle (13) and Dewick (33) offered any resistance to leave Lea on a score of 220.
