Bannatyne Health Club in Worksop has received a major boost following a £750,000 refurbishment.

The club on Retford Road has installed state of the art equipment on the gym floor to help attract new customers.

This includes upgraded CV and resistance equipment at the club in the Manton Colliery area of the town, alongside an expanded free weights section, which also contains new plate loaded equipment.

Craig Barker, general manager at Bannatyne Health Club Worksop, said: “The brand new gym floor at Bannatyne Health Club Worksop means that our members can enjoy the best facilities that money can buy. State of the art equipment has been installed at the club, which will help all of our members to achieve their fitness goals.”

“The company has developed and improved the gym floor and installed fantastic new equipment to further enhance the range of functional training equipment available to members.”

Bannatyne Group has also invested in a brand new functional area at the health club, which includes Technogym Omnia8. This is a new functional training system that is designed to maximise members’ interaction. Omnia8 can be used by up to eight members at a time and covers all aspects of training including strength, endurance, stability, flexibility, coordination and speed.
