More than 160 staff at Pullman Fleet Services participated in the fundraising activities including Christmas raffles, guess the weight of the Christmas cake competition, dress down days and football cards.

“There was an exceptional number of nominations put forward for us to fundraise for the Aurora Wellbeing Centres from staff at Pullman Fleet Services, in Doncaster, because it supports so many local men and women with a cancer diagnosis as well as their carers. Most people know at least one person who has been affected by cancer. Aurora can offer them a free package of wellbeing therapies and support to help raise their self-esteem and confidence during or after treatment,” says Laura McCallum, a member of the business’s charity committee One Voice.

Some of the Pullman staff are looking forward to being pampered themselves at one of five Aurora Wellbeing Centres across the region for a suggested donation, which will help pay for a cancer patient’s free package of treatments.
