West Stockwith: First Contact Signposting Scheme

The First Contact scheme uses a simple checklist to help people aged 60 or over receive services to keep them safe and independent in their own homes. If a staff member from any of the partner agencies, such as a firefighter, police officer or volunteer, goes into an older person’s home, they will complete a checklist to find out if they have any other needs. For more information please contact: Jayne Bullock at Bassetlaw Action Centre on 01777 709650 or e-mail: jbullock@bassetlawactioncentre.org.uk, or you can call the Misterton Centre on 891872.
