The candidates for the General Election have now been revealed
Gainsborough residents will be heading to the polls next month to vote for their MP and the candidates have now been revealed.
Sir Edward Leigh, the current MP for Gainsborough, has been announced as the Conservative candidate.
Catherine Tite has been announced as the Labour candidate, Lesley Rolling as the Liberal Democrats candidate and Vicky Pearson as the Green Party candidate.
There are no candidates standing for UKIP or the Independent party.
