A WORKSOP dad has described it as a ‘dream come true’ for his company to be shirt sponsor for Worksop Tigers this season.

Mark Bowskill is the managing director of Master Glass, and a fan of Worksop Town FC.

He and his son Paul, nine, went along to see the new away kit shirts which have Masterglass emblazoned on the front.

And they were presented with a signed shirt from all the players, by Tigers supporters trust chairman Kevin Keep.

“It was supposed to be for me, but my son has taken ownership and put it on his bedroom wall,” said Mark.

“We have sponsored the main stand at Sandy Lane for a few years now. But we’ve always wanted to be shirt sponsor.”

“I love watching local football and it will be great to see kids walking round town with our name on their shirts.”

Master Glass is a double glazing firm based on Albion Close in Worksop.

Mark added: “We set up in 2005. We employ a small team of local workers and we try and serve the community as best we can.”
