Rotherham: Change of name will reflect wider role within the community

Get the Key to Housing Services, held at the Unity Centre, also provided an ideal opportunity for delegates to successfully vote to change RotherFed’s name to better reflect its work in helping people right across the community.

It will now known as the Rotherham Federation of Communities.

This name change will help RotherFed in its ambition to gain charitable status, which will enable the organisation to gain access to new funding streams.

Steve Ruffle RotherFed’s development manager said: “We’re about everyone in Rotherham.”
