Retford: Man who was ‘larking around’ smashed car light
A 22-year-old man pleaded guilty to damaging the rear light of a car to the value of £95.39.
The court heard Daniel Smith of Portland Road, Retford, was drunk and ‘larking around’ when he smashed the rear light of the Kia Creed as he walked home on 17th March.
He received 12-month community order, 60 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £95.39 in compensation and £60 victim surcharge.
