Picture perfect at art exhibition

Student Cherise Foster scooped three prizes in the Misterton Art Group exhibition.

The John Leggott College pupil, from Epworth, won best in competition, overall winner in the adult art class, and best landscape.

Her winning picture was called Two’s Company and she had another of Epworth Cross.

There was £300 in prize money, donated by the Dovecote Cafe and Merryvale Developments.

Carol Marples won the best entry from a Misterton Art Group member.
