Pre-driver training sessions are being offered as part of an ongoing programme for young people, in a bid to cut road traffic casualties in the county.
Notts County Council are offering the sessions for pupils between ages of 15 and 17-years-old.
Two one-day sessions are being held next February half-term, on Monday 16th and Wednesday 18th, at the Elizabethan Academy, Retford.
Sessions run from 9am until 4pm and cost £45.
Pupils don’t need a provisional driving licence.
Coun Kevin Greaves, chairman of the County Council’s transport and highways committee said: “This course gives young people their first experience behind the wheel in a safe, controlled, environment with fully qualified driving instructors.” Bookings can be made on 0300 500 8080.
