This scheme is available to Bassetlaw residents who are unable to use any other form of public transport. It is a door-to-door service; volunteer drivers will allow you one hour of time and then return you home. In order to use the scheme you must register. It is run with volunteer drivers using their own vehicles so this is not an on-demand service. Three to four days’ notice is needed when booking a journey. For more information, contact Ruth McKenna at Bassetlaw Action Centre on 01777 709650 or by e-mail at email@example.com, or call the Misterton Centre on 891872.
