Vincent Dyer has been jailed for breaching his ASBI

A district judge has sentenced a persistent Worksop offender to nine months in prison after he repeatedly breached the terms of his Anti-Social Behaviour injunction.

Bassetlaw Council and A1 Housing’s Joint-ASB team had successfully applied for the injunction against Vincent Dyer in October 2012, with further amendments and restrictions being put in place in December 2013 and January 2014.

Dyer, of Larwood Avenue, appeared at Mansfield County Court in May 2014 for a breach of his ASBI and received two six-month suspended sentences, which ran concurrently.
